All the maintenance workers did a great job. They came over, fixed everything, and completed the work. I am very satisfied with their work and have no complaints at all.

The Leaf has been an amazing residential building, we have a state-of-the-art fitness center, 2 outdoor terraces, Lounge room with pool table and other games, workspaces for those working remote, outdoor swimming pool on the top floor, a dog run and dog washers that fit a Large breed. It also includes indoor low cost parking space with elevators for car. All apartments have floor to ceiling windows with very high ceilings, marble bathroom, washer & dryer. Heat, air conditioner & fan (HVAC) which... is controlled by each tenant. For those that reside alone, The Leaf has days in which they invite residents to one of the Lounge rooms to encourage friendliness with one another and they provide the food. Front desk workers are kind and will make you feel special, they will attend to you until your issues are partially or fully solved. My favorite part of living here is the water view which is observed even from the farthest part of the apartment, for me would be the kitchen. When I cook, I also love to look at the Ocean. The building is also dog friendly and I am a Certified Dog Trainer, I provide obedience training to tenants dogs along with behavior modifications. If you have a gift that is useful for tenants, you can receive some credits once you are accepted to provide services, tenants also receive credits through the built and may redeem them to pay rent, travel or food.
