I am so impressed with my move-in experience at Motif. From the application process to move-in day, the team here has made what is usually a stressful time feel incredibly seamless and welcoming.
A huge thank you to Matt, who provided my first look at the property. He truly took his time showing me around, highlighting all the amazing amenities and giving me a real sense of the community within the building. He made me feel welcome before I even signed anything.
Febby was an absolute pleasure... to work with from day one. She guided me through the application process and was there until the moment she handed me my keys. She walked me through every detail of the lease, ensuring I was comfortable with everything. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents get the best deal and feel completely at home.
The building itself is kept in pristine condition. Anastasio is an amazing asset to the team; he works hard to maintain a clean, comfortable, and healthy environment, not just in my unit but throughout the entire building. I know I can count on him for any maintenance needs. I also want to give a special thanks to Nathan, Rafael, and Josefina. Everyone has been so kind and consistently available to assist me with anything I might need as I settle in.

The Motif is a beautiful clean & community-friendly place. But like most places it is a bit over-priced! Also, the apartment doors can be a very annoying problem when the battery wears out! But in regards to the staff, they are very professional as well as friendly & courteous. They are why I stayed for another lease term.
