My partner and I have loved living at Motif. The apartments are modern and super affordable for the area. All of the staff members including management, maintenance, and cleaning are kind, approachable, and always happy to help. We feel very lucky to have found our home here.

After my first night here, I truly enjoy the peace. The quietness with the exception of the Metro North is lovely. The beautiful aroma as you enter the building and my floor is captivating, it’s what drew me here. All in all I’m glad I made the decision to live here. Thanks again to such an amazing leasing office team; Febby & Matt are great people to have here ushering in new residents and assisting current residents.

Very attentive, diligent and quick maintenance team. Service requests are tended to same-day if you submit it early in the day. Makes my stay at the Motif super convenient and easy going.
