It’s quiet, courteous, and the staff runs it to perfection. I cannot conjure up anything negative, and I’m going on my seventh month. It has been a wonderful experience thus far.!!!

Great amenities and location. All the planned activities that i attended were really well organized. Maintenance team always comes and fix things on time.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience living here, though there are a few areas that could use improvement. The location is convenient, and the apartment itself is fairly modern and comfortable. Maintenance requests are generally handled in a reasonable amount of time, though occasionally there’s a delay. The building is usually clean and quiet, which I appreciate.

That said, communication from management can be inconsistent at times, and some common areas could be better maintained. Parking... Love it here! Been here 3 yrs never had any issues. Maintenance is wonderful and quick. Tatiana is wonderful and very helpful. Ran into a few difficulties and she was always there and worked with you.

I like Modera, and the staff is always on top of everything, but I seriously don’t understand how I went from paying $30 for water to $55 from one month to the next. I think they could improve this by making it clearer and fairer, especially since I live in a 650 sq ft apartment with only three people.
