Overall, 360 Huguenot street offers a very pleasant living environment. The agents, maintenance crew, and most of the concierge staff are courteous, efficient, and easy to approach, which truly enhances the resident experience. With a little more of guidance and professional development for a couple of the concierge team members, the service could be even more polished. Still, I would gladly recommend this building to others.

I have lived at 360 Huguenot Street in New Rochelle for more than five years, and my experience has been consistently positive. The building is well maintained, the staff is responsive, and management has always been professional and easy to communicate with. The location is convenient and walkable, close to transit, restaurants, and everything you need on a day-to-day basis. The building is quiet, safe, and comfortable, and any maintenance requests I have submitted were handled quickly. After... several years here, I can confidently say they do a great job and truly care about the residents. I highly recommend 360 Huguenot to anyone considering making it their home.

I have been here a few months now and appreciate how professional and friendly the staff is. I also appreciate how clean the premises are kept, from the garbage room to the shared spaces. They are always clean and smell amazing.

Overall everything is better than I anticipated when searching for apartments. I am very pleased and happy with the decision of becoming apart of this community. Great amenities, cleanliness is outstanding, professionalism of staff is amazing, really welcoming and helpful
