I submitted 3 maintenance requests a few days ago. No one followed up. No one arrived. My washing machine isn’t working properly; the start button doesn’t work. The wood floors are lifting again. Mold is growing on the wood as well. My toilet stopped flushing.

Great experience with Lauren and Lilly the leasing team. They were so helpful and professional. The hallways, elevator and the trash rooms are always clean. Concierge is excellent.
