What I enjoy most about living at 360 Huguenot is the overall experience and the level of service provided by the team. I’ve been living at 360 for almost four years now, and I can genuinely say I really enjoy living here. One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive everyone is. Maintenance is always on top of things—I’ve submitted requests before and had someone come to look at the issue literally the same day. The leasing team is also incredibly warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve always been responsive and helpful.

I also really appreciate the... effort they’ve been putting into creating more of a community within the building. They host resident events, which I love, and over the past few months there have been so many renovations and new additions that have made the building feel even nicer. The newly renovated terrace is super cute, and I love that they added a playroom for the kids. There are quite a few families with children in the building, so having a dedicated space where they can play was a really thoughtful addition.

The concierge/front desk staff also deserves recognition. They’re friendly, attentive, and always helpful, especially when it comes to packages. I love that they actually get to know the residents. A lot of the time, they already know who you are and which apartment you’re in without you having to constantly give your name and apartment number. It seems like a small thing, but it really adds to that feeling of being at home and shows that they take the time to know the people who live here.

If I could add anything, I would LOVE to see a small two-person sauna added to the gym one day—that would seriously elevate the amenity space! A small dog park or designated area where residents can let their dogs hang out would also be an amazing addition.

Overall, I really love living at 360. It’s been almost four years, and I still recommend the building to friends whenever they’re looking for an apartment. I’m especially excited to see all of the renovations and improvements they’ve been making lately. I submitted 3 maintenance requests a few days ago. No one followed up. No one arrived. My washing machine isn’t working properly; the start button doesn’t work. The wood floors are lifting again. Mold is growing on the wood as well. My toilet stopped flushing.
