I love my new apartment. It is spacious, clean, and quiet. The loft style unit is beautiful and practical. Very close to shopping, gyms, and just about anything else you need. I love that extra space. The staff has gone above and beyond to help me with my move in. I had a series of delays. Susan was so patient and accommodating. She made sure that I could get my key well past the agreed upon time. Allan was very pleasant during the application process. I felt dignified and I did not feel pushed... at all. I was a little concerned by the location near low income housing. Besides people out in front of their houses a few times it seems quiet. So far, so good. I recommend Eagle's Point.

Terrible.
A tree fell down in the front courtyard last weekend. I guarantee it stays there til winter is over. They have a shed in the front parking lot;that in my 4 years of residing here, has never been used by management, which now has skunks inhabiting it. No one is ever in the office for complaints, and when they are, they’re RUDE. We live in the very first “new” building in the complex, They promised over and over that they would be paving the ENTIRE complex at some point, and when they finally did... it, they only paved starting after my building( building 3), and left the entire front of the complex unpaved, with no lines or handicapped spots. I understand if they aren’t responsible for the former construction (eastview condominiums), but why should the residents in Building 3 pay the same high rent as the tenants in the other buildings with absolutely no amenities, while being treated like the red headed step child????

Property Manager at Eagle's Point Unit 222 responded to this review
Thank you for notifying me that a tree was down. I saw your husband yesterday evening and he did not say anything to me about a tree being down. I have informed the condominium association about having the tree removed. As for the shed, that... already had been scheduled to be removed within the next week.

Couldn’t agree more
I saw the review below and I couldn’t agree more. It’s everything I think/say and more. The management doesn’t do anything when you complain. They’ve promise to fix the parking lot, and other issues but never do. The parking lot still has put holes in them, and when we get it paved all they do is cover the spot when they’ve been promising to do the whole thing. We have no parking spots, not been lines for spots!!! They told everyone they would tow their cars if they didn’t have the stickers for... apartments on their cars and then never gave us stickers. Got an email 3 weeks ago About dead bolts they were finally going to put in after years of all of us complaining. Then they never came back! The walls are paper thin. The apartments are beautiful but it’s not worth it. Right next to public housing and extremely dirty outside!!
First off its next to public housing where they are always randomly setting off fireworks. Second it is unkept - trash is aways overflowing and goes all over the street and your grass, don't cut certain areas of grass, left parking lot full of potholes. I have seen 3 people now out of a unit across from me and they don't change or clean the carpets! Third walls are super thin. I can literally hear my neighbor sneeze. No one is ever in the office and when they are they are real nasty people. I can say a lot more, but you should just go somewhere else.

Good
The apartment I live in is income based. With that being said, my complex is quiet. Not a lot of noise. Maintenance is always on point. When ever you need them it's not a long wait. Nobody ever complains to the office. Everybody just wants to live peacefully.
