Location!
I recently moved to this property; the staff was very helpful. I could not ask for a better location. I am a chef right in the Village and am able to walk or bike to work. The property is being upgraded and updated by the new owners (Neighbor gossip)- New playground looks great. I can't wait to see what else is in the plans. My unit is large and has its own washer/dryer. Happy to start this new chapter!

The worst place to live in Manlius
This is by far the worst place to live!! Maintenance is incompetent - they don't fix anything. Basement floods on a regular basis. Mold is everywhere - painted over dust and dirt. Terrible neighbors - parking is a nightmare. Rent increases and apartments are falling apart. If I could give a negative star I would.
