Spoke to Robin all of the time on the phone due to issues with my ex who was on the lease. She was very kind and understanding. At the end of the lease, I got my whole security deposit back. They do have options to break a lease which is nice. The apartment itself is okay, nothing fancy. Kitchen is a tight squeeze. I lived here for about 6 months and unfortunately lost my job so I moved out early and they were even nice enough to not make me pay to break my lease!! I paid the rent until they found someone else to move in and then they gave me my security deposit back. Now what apartments do that???? very very nice people. These were the best apartments. Nice layout, semi-dated, fairly thin walls. Pet friendly is a plus. Lacks enough parking for all tenants (if all is occupied). Maintenance is a grumpy, disgruntled guy. All in all though it's been a mostly enjoyable few years.

I love these apartments. I love that you have a front door that leads to almost like a court yard instead of walking through a hallway. I just wish that there was a little bit more storage space.

There are too many things to list in sentence format.
1. Many dog owners don't pick up after their dog.
2. The window screens have fallen out and haven't been replaced.
3. They've raised the rent every year.
4. Charging each apartment $40/yr for water use and don't let you use it outside to wash cars or dogs.
5. Maintenance regularly enters apartments without notice or phone calls to alert residents.
6. ResidentsI often confront each other because of parking spots although there is no assigned... spots.
7. There are not enough parking spots in more than half the buildings.
8. The lawn gets mowed 2x per month and the weeds and grass get to be so long you can't walk through it.
9. Cigarette butts get thrown throughout the courtyard and property and never get cleaned up.
10. The snow in parking lots don't get plowed in the winter and are very messy and dangerous. Read More
