I like it here

Manlius Academy is safe, convenient and affordable. The manager Robyn is very efficient and organized, and she makes sure all tenant requests are addressed expeditiously. For example, she is flexible with my move-in date, and she is again flexible with my renewal lease terms. Sure, there are small things that need to be fixed occasionally, but the staff are extremely courteous and responsive, and each time they arrive within an hour to work on the issue. I sincerely appreciate such a friendly... and professional maintenance crew. In all, I highly recommend this place to anybody.
