My husband, our baby and cat lived here for 3 years!!! We were so sad to leave but we were moving into a house. I cannot recommend this property enough. Tina the property manager is exceptional. Maintenance is so nice and attentive. We always felt safe and felt like we could always voice concerns.

I just recently moved in and so far so good! Tina the property manager has been amazing and the apartments are very nice and homey! I moved here after a breakup and hopefully the time I am here will be great! So far so good! It's also very quiet here in a country like setting. I like it.

I lived at this apartment complex for 5 years and highly recommend it. My apartment was comfortable, recently renovated, had tons of storage space, laundry within the building, and had friendly neighbors. There's plenty of parking space, the complex has a secluded feel being surrounded by trees on almost all sides, and you can walk to the lake or downtown Liverpool in minutes! Plus there's a cute lit-up covered bridge over a creek! Above all else though, management is great! They are very... responsive, friendly, and helpful. I wish all my landlords were like them.

I have lived in this awesome place at Residents of Covered Bridge for more than 3 years.
Extraordinary management Tina and all staff are super kind, super helpful, all staff treat everyone with respect. ????????
The application process was super smooth, the apartment neighborhood is super quiet, they are always improving, new windows and a nice pool and the staff always there fast when we need help from day one to the end of the long 3 year leasing.
I feel totally blessed by having the... opportunity to call this place home for several years and meeting our Dear Tina and all the management staff. Thank you for all you do, you make a difference in the world.

I’ve lived here at Covered Bridge apartments for about 2 years and I’ve only had good experiences. It has always been very quiet here, which I have enjoyed. Management has been so helpful with everything I have ever needed, and maintenance has been as well. They have always been so quick to help me and I have appreciated them so much! I am only moving out to live somewhere bigger but otherwise I would stay here!
