I graduated from Long Beach High School, completed my studies at State University at Oneonta, and later pursued further education at LIU to sit for the CPA exam. Through personal experience in strength training and yoga, I learned the value of balance, focus, and well-being — lessons I’ve carried into my real estate practice. Currently, I quasi-manage 24 properties, serving as the go-to point of contact for many clients who are not local. I handle everything from securing properties to flipping rentals — overseeing the entire process of cleaning, repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and marketing. I also screen potential tenants, checking credit, employment, and references, to ensure my clients can attract the right individuals and close deals with confidence. And my services don’t stop once the deal is done: I continue to support clients as tenants often reach out to me with property-related issues, providing peace of mind and ensuring smooth operations.
