This is a nice property but no all units are that great. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON RENT THE "2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom" units. These are the ONES NEAR THE STAIRS and do not come with a bathroom in the master bedroom. WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS is the because the master bedroom and the stairs are separated by a razor thin wall. You will be constantly disturbed by people/pets going up and down at random times throughout the day. Once, we were awoken at 2.00am by some people running down the stairs with... their huge dogs. Imagine some inconsiderate neighbors with two kids and two huge dogs running up and down the stairs at various times of the day. Its been such a nuisance living here and you have limited choice once you sign that piece of paper.
The positives 1. Overall, its a good property and service has been better than any in the area 2. Generally, great neighbors but a handful of not-so-considerate ones 3. Spacious garage
The negatives 1. Razor thin walls and if you are in the rest room, you could hear people whispering in the hall ways - so, you know what they'll hear when they pass.

Awesome place to live for All ages.
I have been staying at schuyler commons since last December. The apartment units are the best i have ever lived. Newly built buildings, washer and dryer of the best quality, beautiful Kitchen, Walkin Closets. Most Secure because these have smart door locking mechanism. You can control their main entrance entry to visitors using your phone app. Internet they provide is one of the fastest one and i never had an issue with the internet which is important if you work remote IT job. Ample area to... Walk around on the Hashtings drive which has no traffic and that makes the walking more enjoyable with lots of Trees around
