This is the worst building I've ever been in my life, the problem they have with mice and rats is completely exasperating. all the units are riddled with mice and the ciampa organization does absolutely nothing but blame the tenants for the rat problem, claiming that the responsible are the tenants for not being clean enough, can you believe it? , besides this, that building is always dirty, the super who lives there, its as if he does not exist, never responds to complaints that may arise due... to problems. and if that were not enough, the ciampa organization charges you an extra monthly commission in addition to the payment of the rent for alleged charges of late payments even if you pay on time !. I think that I dont need to give you more reasons to not move to this building. i mean EVERRRRRRRRR... it's the worst!

The Worse experience living there
I only lived one year there because it is full of rats And mices! It is a nightmare living there specially if you have baby or kids, DONT EVER MOVE TO THAT PLACE! Ever!!!! The building is soooo old, it looks gorgeous on the outside and the lobby, but the units inside are really old !! The súper is nice but he doesnt represent any help at all, there is visits of an exterminator every month but it is just to pretend they take care about the problem with the mices and that stuff, but they never do... anything to really change things for better...

Poorly managed and maintained
This building is managed poorly and employs a part time super who doesn't maintain the property up to the neighborhood standard. Work orders take weeks or even months to be completed.
