Lived here for about 3 years and nothing but problems. Any time something was fixed is was a poor job. Previous maintenance super didnt fix things properly and the same goes for the current one (although I think the blame is on Ciampa Corp). A stack of wood was holding up kitchen sink plumbing when I moved in. Maintenance pays most attention to cosmetic repairs in halls/lobby. Had water and mold in bottom of dishwasher and asked (filled out maintenance forms) to be fixed 6 times in 3 years and... was never fixed. Bathroom plumbing was problematic too. Had to hold down toilet handle for 10 seconds to flush every time and shower just turns cold or scalding hot for no reason. The last straw was that there was mold was in air conditioner and also growing on apartment walls. Also not enough washers and dryers for entire building (4 for 80 apartments or about 150 residents) and they are always breaking. Items were being stolen out of dryers, so you have to watch your laundry too. And lastly, the garage doors break down a lot, so about every 6 to 8 weeks, I would not be able to get through the garage to the back parking lot or not be able to leave for work. Many residents have moved out during time lived there. Would not recommend anyone to rent here.
