Lived here for 4 years. The then landlord was amazing and kind person. Little run down especially laundry but it did not bother me. I knew it was the perfect place for me when I first saw it. Easy to walk/bike/bus to Cornell. Quiet place, no disturbances. Green area and lively stream running right next to the property.
