The superintendent was so accessible and willing to help if day or night, there was an awesome gym and unbeatable views. It was amazing to be on a walking street with lots of festivals and markets, friendly neighbours, attentive and supportive managers!

Nice Buidling compared to all other apts at Ithaca. However, customer service is lazy and unprofessional. I asked for the leasing early in March and was told they are on vocation and will accept new lease later. The email reply is slow, email tracker shows they check your email but they will reply in 2 or more days. Most annoying is that when I wanna to negotiate on a lease that starts immediately to be start later, they just took my application fee and immdeaitely cold reject me.

Loud construction work starts at 7 am every work day and more or less every weekend. Did you come home from a party late at night on Friday? Or maybe you had to study late? Anyway, you will have to wake up at 7 am because construction work will start at that time. It will be around for the next couple of years, so have fun. If you bring this up, management will be annoyed at you
