I am so grateful to have such a quiet building and it’s very well maintained inside ! We do hope to see the outside get some attention once the snow melts!

Management is poor tons of potholes that they don’t fix. They do the bare minimum. Especially in the winter when you need them to plow the parking lot. They will not do so until around 10 and I know this because I’ve been sick at home on a workday and witnessed this. They don’t salt the walkways either. Rude people. Save your money and move somewhere nice. That is what I’m trying to do.

I lived at North Dohr Apts in 1989 till 1994 and again from 2016 to 2019 and had a two bedroom each time and loved it. I had to move as having operation and needed a
first floor and a ramp and no steps. A very nice and convenient locations to stores and restaurants.
Kathleen the Manager is very nice to work with and this complex is
highly recommended
