Lived here for 10 years. A few years in a 1 bedroom and almost 7 in a 2bedroom. Leasing manager and maintenance guy were great! Always answered calls/text any time of day when issues arose. Neighbors were great and quiet. Only noise ever heard was from the trailerpark nextdoor. Only complaint is corporate greed. We purchased a house and only had a few months left in lease. They required us to pay the remaining portion of our lease within a few weeks of vacating or threatened to send it to... collections. Other people I have talked to that broke their lease(various other apartments) with way more time left than we did only had to forfeit deposit and pay one month. We gave them more than enough notice and never had issues with paying rent. We were always on time!

Great location, amazing staff!
I lived at Woodland Manor for 4 years and had a great experience. The price and location are fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful. Lanine in the leasing office is so professional and kind, any time I reached out with any issue or question she would always respond promptly. When I was in the process of getting ready to move she was even so kind as to recommend locations where I was looking (I moved to be closer to work). Any maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner, very often... the same day I reported them. In the four years I was there I had very few issues besides normal wear/tear in the apartment. Loved the huge walk in closet plus the other 3 closets in the apartment. The outside is maintained very well during the winter- they plow, salt and shovel multiple times a day. In the summer they keep the grounds mowed and maintained. They're also good about fixing potholes and repaving the parking lot. Mostly pretty quiet complex.

Woodland manor review
I have not personally lived at woodland myself, but me and my friend both set up a meeting to view atwo bedroom apartment. The staff was wonderful with showing us around the property and were so friendly! The new renovated rooms were so clean and nice, I was greatly Impressed! Thank you woodland manor for your kind hearts
