I can’t say enough good things about this property and the exceptional service provided by the property manager. From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The property itself is beautifully maintained, clean common areas, well-manicured landscaping, and all amenities functioning flawlessly. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the environment safe, quiet, and welcoming.
What truly sets this experience apart, however, is... the property manager. Ms. Dani is incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, often within the same day. Whether it was a small maintenance request or just needing clarification about the lease, she handled everything with efficiency and a friendly attitude. Even though she’s practically alone she does an exceptional job.
It’s rare to find someone so committed to both the property and the residents. Thanks to Dani, living here has been smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-run, high-quality place to call home!

Amazing Living Apartments
Living at APEx 290 has been a wonderful experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. The amenities are modern and convenient, and the location makes it easy to get to work, shopping, and restaurants.
The management and maintenance teams have been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. Any requests have been handled quickly, and they genuinely care about creating a positive living environment for... residents.
Overall, I've really enjoyed living at APEx 290 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to live.

Love this place
I’ve had a great experience living in this building. It’s clean, well-maintained, and the common areas are always kept in excellent condition. The management team is responsive, professional, and quick to address any questions or maintenance requests. The staff is friendly and makes residents feel welcome.
The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The building is quiet, feels safe, and has a great community atmosphere. Overall, it’s a wonderful... place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home.

Amazing !!
This building has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I moved in, the entire process was smooth and professional. The property is always spotless, the amenities are well cared for, and the maintenance team responds quickly whenever something comes up.
One of the best parts is how friendly and respectful everyone is, from the management office to the building staff. The building feels secure, peaceful, and truly like home. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the property in... great shape.
I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a place that is clean, well-managed, and offers a great living experience.
