Management and maintenance are terrible. The building isn’t safe because the locks on the lobby doors are always broken, so anyone can get into the hallways. The elevators break down every week and are always dirty. The hot water stops working almost every month. The place is infested with rats outside. A lot of packages get stolen from the package room since the lock there is always broken too. The building’s heater broke down more than three times during the winter, leaving the whole place... really cold and taking a long time to get fixed. The building infested with mice and roaches. Instead of showing u the actual apt. The management show you apt with the same layout as yours. Meanwhile your unit infested. During the tour 1 elevator wasn't working. The management is rude and the hidden fees are ridiculous. NO STARS!

I cannot stress this enough: avoid this property at all costs. Since the moment I moved in, I’ve dealt with unrelenting issues that the property management has failed to address. Let me give you a detailed breakdown of why this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in:

1. Water Drain Issues
The pipes here are a disaster. As shown in the photo, water backs up in my bathtub, bringing with it dirt, bacteria, and who knows what else. This is an ongoing issue that I’ve reported multiple times, but... the management has done nothing to resolve it. Imagine coming home to a bathtub filled with disgusting, unsanitary water—it’s a health hazard, plain and simple.

2. Persistent Pest Problems
Despite the management’s so-called “efforts” to address pest control, the apartment is still infested. I regularly see mice and cockroaches in my unit, which is beyond disgusting. No amount of extermination attempts has resolved this issue. If you value cleanliness and don’t want to live in constant fear of pests, stay far away from this place.

3. Filthy Trash Room
The trash room is absolutely vile. It’s consistently dirty, and the smell is unbearable. The management doesn’t seem to care about maintaining basic hygiene standards. It’s an eyesore and a nose-sore every time you pass by.

4. Negligent Management
The property management is completely unresponsive and negligent. They don’t take tenant complaints seriously, and they don’t fix anything. Every problem I’ve reported has been met with delays, excuses, or outright indifference. It’s clear they only care about collecting rent, not providing a livable environment.

5. Mental Toll
Living here has been an absolute nightmare for my mental health. The constant issues with water, pests, and cleanliness, combined with the management’s neglect, make this place unlivable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

From the outside looks good, but going inside and looking around the apartment I was shocked at how old and smelly everything was. I was on the 7th floor and there was a pile of garbage on the grass on the inside of the building. Don't believe these pictures

This building isn’t worth the stress it causes its tenants. Packages are stolen, elevators never work, leasing office is never available.. the list goes on
