My little piece of heaven

As a first time renter my 1bedroom Apartment has everything a single gal like me needs. Located in the up and coming neighboorhood of Riverdale in the Bronx, this little piece of heaven is truly convinient. Laudry is located onsite in the building and to my advantage its on the first floor! Living with nerve degeneration in my feet, finding a first floor apartment was truly amazing! With Prices for this neighboorhood as high as 1,800 for a 1bedroom, i was truly lucky to seal in this one befroom... for 1,200 a month!. What makes my apartment soo special is that i struggle to find an apartment for 2 years! I grew up in the neighboorhood of Washington Heightz were crime was high and where I always knew I wanted a better place to live and bettee life for myself. One can imagine how excited I was upon finding my little piece of heaven in Riverdale. Even if I do not win this contest I wanted to share my story of how special this place is to me!
