My building is safe, kid friendly, smoke free, and most of all we help each other. My building has the back view of the Hudson River, in which there is a walking trail which will take you into Manhattan with a beautiful view of wild life and water. What I love about my area is just a stone's throw away from restaurants, supermarkets, and various businesses. The building is well maintained as well as protected. I wouldn't trade living here for anything!
