Awesome Downtown Albany Living
After spending a year in the Arcade Building, I am about to re-sign my lease with them. Landlords are MORE than accommodating, will always answer phone calls when you have an issue and send people to fix any and all problems you may have in your apartment in a very timely manor. Common areas are always very clean and well kept. If routine maintenance needs to be done, they inform you weeks before they plan on showing up so you know exactly when they will be in your apartment and they even notify... you when the job/maintenance has been done. Not only is the location perfect for anyone who works in and/or wants to enjoy the night life of downtown Albany, but the quality of living they provide is better than anything I have seen around since I moved to the area in Mid. 2016.
