In a single word, overpriced. But to be honest this place is in a terrible spot (homeless, litter, just across from rail-road, down the street from police station). The fire alarm goes off every few days, which alerts the entire building, and can only be turned off by fire department. There is very little redeeming factors in this property.. especially with the high rent price I would never recommend to anyone

Do not consider this location unless you like to live in a disrespected place that is far from respectful of the residents that provide their livelihood. The place is filthy. The management is dishonest. It is somewhat absurd that they have income rules when they have no problem taking your money and placing you on their get around to it round file.

The street out in front is often closed with no warning. Guests are told to park on that street, and then are towed with no warning. The building smells and the elevators are broken. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Good security in the building, you need to transfer elevators to go upstairs to the apartment so your watched by management a lot. Excellent weight room finally opened up. Many tenants have dogs with that the floors are dirty constantly, especially the garage! Needs mopping really bad! Great location.
