We lived here for nearly a year and wouldn’t recommend it. Rent averages $2.33/sf, 27%above Reno’s $1.87 average. Yet it fails to deliver as a luxury community. Maintenance is terrible. We waited for a clogged toilet and a fridge filter replacement, both ignored or falsely marked complete. The dog park smells because poop cans overflow. Trash pickup is skipped weekly. And sound and vibrations from garage doors throughout our block travel through our floor. The pool is overrun by non-residents... and parties, with no rule enforcement. Security is useless. Extremely disappointing experience with management.

We provided written notice to vacate on 7/8/2026 and even provided documentation showing it was submitted. Despite that, management refused to honor what we understand to be the end of our lease and instead demanded additional time and money.

To make matters worse, I was promised a call from upper management that never happened. Instead, I received an email that did nothing to address my concerns.

The lack of communication, accountability,... and willingness to resolve a simple issue has been incredibly frustrating. If this is how residents are treated when they’re moving out, I’d think twice before signing a lease here. Read More

Do not rent from this rental property. They are a mega corp buying property and exploiting renters. They show no loyalty to employees or tenants. They are the peak of deception and only care about the bottom line.
