I lived here for 2 years and HATED to move out, but needed to relocate for work.
Kevin (maintenance) was on the spot. If I had any issues, big or small, he was on top of it, always smiling, and willing to get the job done.
Joanne (manager) was very helpful in the entire process. She was always willing to answer questions and help where she could.
Love the common area. I hosted my friends every Sunday during football and they loved it. Two TV's, pool table, golf game, couches, and a... small kitchenette with a bar was great! Close to so many locally owned restaurants it was difficult to choose where to go.
All utilities were included in the rent, water, sewage, cable, internet, electricity, etc. Very convenient!

Great modern design, lacking security and maintenance

Bad: Continue to add service fees Maintenance is a joke Video security does not work Parking is not assigned and not monitored Very cheap appliances, no ice maker
