Nothing is fixed in a timely manner. Parking is a nightmare for disabled tenants. Maintenance is rude and takes up all parking convenient to ppl with disabilities.

Shootings, people breaking into mail boxes, fire department stated this apartment is prone to huge fires, if you look up Townhome villas and keyword news you will see. Cops say this is a Terrible area, lots of sketchy people walking around and homeless. If you decide not to get an apartment here and want to cancel or get denied you will not get the $200 holding deposit back it is non refundable so it costs almost $300 to apply. Management has frequently changed here and they do not walk the property or check gates are secure. There are many people squatting on the property who are aggressive. The pool in lease states you have use , but it was not opened . They changed security companies and never gave info to tenants. There are fights and kids that run through complex even on upstairs walkways through most of the day. Many unleashed dogs and people living here that are not supposed to be. I agree with the other review on here. Mailboxes were broken, then other people tried to further break into them. The gates are always propped open , so it's no really a gated community. Our car has been rummaged through 5 times. People wander through property because gates are opened. There are units with lots of people illegally subleaseing because they are townhomes , people will move additional people in. There are fights sometimes at night. There are lots of people that don't live here... using drugs in the parking lot or sitting on the stairs at night. The laundry breaks down and there aren't enough machines due to it's a large complex and so many extra people that aren't on leases living here. So, plan on working around living with people who don't have leases here, and wander through because gates are left propped opened with rocks by people who don't live here and don't have keys. Okay so at first glance we were tricked! The property seemed okay and the apartments are large. However, we haven't been able to check our mail in over a month. As in the post office will not mail mail to our address. Why? The mailboxes are broken and no ones fixing them. Not the post office nor management. Oh and if and when the mailboxes are fixed, if there is anything larger than an envelope it will be held at the post office 4 miles away. Not being able to have mail delivered to where you... live is beyond a hassle. I take public transportation which makes it ten times worse. Also, when we moved in we were able to pay with a good ole money order. Now we have to pay online or only at a location also 4 miles away. I dont like this method of payment. We weren't given any other option. Now my rent has increased because of taxes and fees with the online payment. Its just ridiculous. There is no security during the day time. There NEEDS to be security during the day time. The gates are constantly being propped open. Which invites dumpster divers and all the local homeless people into the complex.
