Disgusting
Went to tour a unit today. They don't have the 3-bedroom unit they advertised, the unit smelled awful, and there were roaches in the tub.

Do not apply here unless you're 100% sure you'll be approved
Do not apply here unless you're 100% sure you’re going to get the apartment. Apart from the $55 application fee, they will keep your $200 holding fee. And purposefully waited 48 hours to give me a denial notification to sidestep the refund policy. The bottom line, they will keep your holding fee if you're not approved.

It's disgusting and everything is falling apart. They have roaches, leaks and the place is full of trash.

I would recommend
The office staff was pleasant and helpful and maintenance is fast to respond and very nice neighbors are welcoming and it was clean and bug free I really like it here
