Zero stars. This property is managed terribly and operates like a complete slum. There is a severe roach infestation, ongoing mold growth from plumbing failures, and repeated flooding from the upstairs neighbor’s toilet into my unit. Management has also failed to address serious safety concerns, including suspected drug activity in nearby units.
In addition, multiple vehicles on the property—including mine—have been vandalized and damaged, and management has taken no meaningful steps to... improve security.
Maintenance issues are frequently handled by unqualified and unprofessional workers, resulting in poor communication and unfinished or delayed repairs.
The office staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of serious concerns. Certain staff members—such as Ashley—have repeatedly failed to respond, follow up, or take any of the issues seriously, contributing to the ongoing problems at this property.
Management has been dishonest, unresponsive, and unwilling to resolve any of these issues.
Do not do business with them.
Because of their carelessness and complete lack of professionalism. my health and safety were put into jeopardy, ultimately leaving me with no choice but to leave the property and terminator lease.

Poor management
The management at this place is very poor and unorganized . We were approved for a unit with a move in date of November 1st. All of a sudden they change the unit that we were suppose to move into. Then the day before we were supposed to move in, the called and told us that we can’t move in because they called and said that the unit will not be ready at all. There was no timeframe on when it would be ready. Why would you guys wait until the last minute to say anything smh. Then they suggested... that we could move into a one bedroom until a unit opens up. We applied for a two bedroom not a one bedroom. Also, even on the website now it states they will be ready next year which that wasn’t what was stated when we applied.

Management Never Returns Calls and takes your money. Run!
We wanted to make this place our home. We applied and were told that we would hear back in 3 days. A week went by and we heard nothing. Would call and call and no one would answer. Finally got ahold of someone and they said we were approved and we would get a call back in 2 weeks. Well our supposed move-in date has come and gone and we haven't heard anything out of them.

at first it was nice now I regret moving here
It’s one thing to ignore my maintenance request for months, but to show no sense of urgency or anything TO FIX AMENITIES I AM ACTIVELY PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH for a remodeled unit to not offer any compensation for me not being able to use the amenity as I please for months and still having to pay for it. Then to not care when I call. It really frustrates me knowing I can’t escape this I have to be stuck paying for a broken washer and dryer, a dishwasher that floods my kitchen once a week, all... present issues since I’ve signed my lease and not a tiny bit of empathy for getting these items fixed. It’s just very disappointing. Upgraded amenities that maintenance can’t even properly fix just a waste

Unprofessional
Front office don’t care nothing about the tenants they only care about the rent money constantly make a note of new rules and regulations charge fees for services that they don’t render or provide dog poop and trash everywhere. No security cars, man, vandalized and porch pirates. Maintenance never fulfill work orders yet lie and say they have fixed the problem but in actuality, they never step foot in your house.
