I highly recommend Sunrise Heights to anyone looking for a place to call home.
I want to thank the management team, especially Lisa, for their kindness and professionalism. The grounds are kept clean at all times, if I need anything repaired, maintenance comes the next day, and I have no pests problem. Just keep your kitchen clean daily and take out your trash every other day and it will keep the pests undercontrol. I highly recommend Sunrise Heights to everyone, because my daughter and I love it here and you will too.

Software to pay online is bad
My daughter, who had been paying her rent through their online software Appfolio just fine until she changed banks and put the new info onto to her account. She set up to pay and put the payment through and even got a confirmation email. Only 5 days later, she gets an email from the landlord saying the rent was due with over $240.00 of late charges. In trying to talk to the office, was told constantly that there was nothing they could do and she would have to pay by money order. Her bank says... they never received the payment to put through which means there is some sort of glitch in the Appfolio software. The landlord made it sound like she didn't pay her rent when in fact she did. The software just didn't process it for some reason. To prospective tenants, be VERY careful when looking to rent here and make sure you check daily between their horrible software which has your rental account on it and your bank to make sure the rent was received put through and proccessed and logged as paid on your account. As of now, her account has not been updated to show she paid her rent which was paid by money order.

Roaches in lots of apartments here and drive by shootings. Crime and Roach infested. Don't move here. Stout Management are liars and the girls in the office will lie to you. This is a warning. Wish i had of had recent ratings to review before i moved here last week.

poor management
water leaked in my kitchen sink two Years living there it never got fix. oxidized water drip from the hallway vents puddles always they send some one to check they did something for 10 minutes the next day puddles again. we moved out. Drug dealers everywhere i plain sight dealing drug doing drugs infront of children being around they got a socalled security just another drug user,and apparently the manager has some sort of deal with a towing company every month the last 5days and the first 5... days of the month the gate stays open i saw my neighbors cars get repo. allot of family's having hard time with this crisis of the pandemic we are going through but every car that gets repo she gets a cut $$$ so much for gated community.

The worst
Pipes under sinks constantly dripped and was unable to use my oven for an month by then I just moved out had enough of the runaround for things being fix. Oh the crime omg so so bad drug dealers everywhere and the office knows this and does nothing just dont waste your time be safe somewhere else!
