Been living here for almost a year and the roaches are horrible . We tried everything to get rid of them but they got worse! We even told the office all they told us where that “there just trying to be your friend.” They are not bad apartments . They are spacious but the bugs are outrageous.

I went in today to get an application and to get information on a 3bd appointment and the lady who was sitting at the front desk waved me off as if I was a pest in her life, then once she got off the phone from cursing someone out, her attitude just got darker. I only wanted information but I refuse to live in a place where the employees fill as if I was ruining their day.

I spoke with staff from park place today and was turned off immediately by the woman's attitude. ill keep it short and simple... leasing is a customer service position and any successful leasing agent knows not to treat the customer like an annoyance. If that is how they treat prospective renters then how do they treat their tenants.

i moved in to these apartments in April 2015. I love it. Maintenance is very prompt. The office staff calls to make sure you were happy with the work done. It's a relatively quiet complex. The size is perfect. Not too small not too big. It has a one way in and one way out. Parking is kind of difficult. But it's always full at night. I haven't had any problems with my neighbors. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The grounds are cleaned every morning. Overall the complex is very good!
