Living there for 2 years was mostly un-eventful. They would make fixes and repairs. Though they can't keep or hold employees in the office. They act like your there for the first time, despite being a longer term resident. The real kicker, when leaving... I turned over the keys a few days early to give them an opportunity to rent the unit. They returned the favor by insisting I was late (even though I had signed out) and kept every deposit (even though the unit was cleaned) They clean all... units anyway so save your effort. The have an AI that sends notifications way late and they never actually have a human do quality control and solve issues. Aka I was 15 days moved out and they were sending me late notices. I was never informed of initial notices! Paying final payment I asked for reciepts.. (they don't do that) and still send late notices even though I've settled up the last remaining payment and have receipts. They keep calling and don't actually audit their records.

Save yourself the hassle
Car was broken into within a month of living here. Now they close the gates but leave the left side of the property wide open so anyone can drive in and do as they wish. They say they are pet friendly yet the one grass area where dog were able to go. They now have signs up saying no dogs or pets. So you have to walk your animals in big hot rocks with nails and construction trash. This is a lease up property so they want to fill apartments for their bonuses. My wife and I just feel they misled... renters. But as I stated just look elsewhere.
