Buildings are old. Any repair work done is superficial if they can get away with it. There are numerous oversized vehicles that park in spaces too small for them, so they protrude into the travel lanes causing vehicles passing by in both directions to have to stop or risk collision. One of them has noisy exhaust and the owner starts it at 4:30 AM every weekday. I'd really like to sleep past 4:30 AM!

New residence, new adventure!
We've got the right choice in Sunstone luxury apartments. It's very accessible. The one-bedroom unit we got is perfect for me and my wife and our fur baby. Such a relaxing ambiance plus the amenities and the entire community is worth it. Response to maintenance request is also amazing. They are quick and very accommodating. Great job!
