The property and apartments themselves are beautiful but the management staff makes the living experience an absolute nightmare.
They are not considerate of your issues whatsoever, will laugh at your complaints and charge you hidden fees for just about anything.
They make you feel like a prisoner in your own home.

Cabrillo Aparments
This apartment complex has been an awesome place to live. They have been there for me in all of my needs. They put me in a new apartment when I had been broke into by my ex roommate. They have made me feel safe and taken the time to listen. The overall complex is well maintained.

Nice Apartment
Cabrillo is a very good apartment complex. The area is awesome and it's very safe. Any maintenence issues have been taken care of immediately. My only issue is that the rent is a little high. No other complaints...
