The location of these apartments is perfect for me. However, since before I officially moved in I had an issue with how loud my A/C is. They put a bandaid on the situation and now 3 months later I’m losing sleep over the noise. In addition the downstairs A/C unit sends a vibration through my bedrooms and bathroom. It’s so strong you can feel it in your ears when you stand in the hallway. If I close the doors you can hear the doorknobs rattling in the middle of the night. It’s becoming unbearable... . I have been requesting to change unit since day 1 and I’ve just been stonewalled. The staff is NICE however problems are left unresolved and pushed to the side. I asked for the corporate number and got no response. I’m very unhappy.

Best experience ever!
I came in looking for an apartment and learned that they also have affordable housing. Andrea greeted me right away and explained everything in a very knowledgeable way. She was very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately I was over the income to be able to get an apartment but I had the best experience and would recommend this complex to others!
