My Daughter and I have been here 4 yrs now . Maintenance Man Domingo is awesome he takes pride in keeping this property looking good. Staff is always professional. Great place to Live

Such a beautiful community! Everyone is really nice. Christina was amazing! She answered our questions very quickly and in a professional manner… great customer service from christina! She made us feel welcome and me and my family are happy to be part of this community

The apartments look great in the pictures and even the office when you walk in. Once you get moved in, you see what the apartments are truly about. Trash, poop, drugs, bad kids breaking things, police, loud neighbors, music blasting oh and did I say drugs… office doesn’t seem to care what goes on outside as long as they are getting renters and a paycheck. They are all nice to you till you have an issue and then it’s the cold shoulder or even better, they downgrade you. Run do not live here!

Rent is cheap for the area. With that you are getting what you pay for. Drug infested. Trash everywhere. Security gates no longer work and the office doesn’t seem to care if you have any issues. Nothing is done in a timely manner when it does to work orders or anything of that nature. But you will be expected to have everything working if they decide to come inspect your place for that state which who knows why they do that. If not you get a fine. I would not recommend someone with a family. Now... if you are a drug user come right in that’s all they seem to rent to.
