This place is HORRIBLE! The good reviews are from the previous property managers. They got bought out.
They will ignore emails. They don’t respond to maintenance requests. Homeless people jump the fence all the time.

Be careful because there are a lot of fees that cause the rent to fluctuate monthly. I pay $300 more because water, sewage, and trash fluctuate monthly and can cost almost $200!

This complex is less than a half-mile from Las Vegas Boulevard, which makes it convenient to the Strip as well as Henderson, Town Square, and the South Premium Outlet Mall. My apartment was not ready for move-in when I arrived, and the neighbors regularly leave their dog's excrement just outside their door. I have seen other... tenants allow their pets to urinate in the flower beds and toss their trash in the landscaping. But with the new management, we've received another maintenance worker and someone in the main office who is not afraid to share her concerns with unruly renters.
