DH sold to new owner in September, but they are still putting this on the residents to pay. There is a 65.00 Amenity fee that they make you aware of with rent. Then there is a clause in the lease about community fee's which is the usage of everything used by the residents regardless of if you use it or not. Pool, water, lights and all. Monthly billing for that is 130.00 back dated 2 months added to your rent. It's not being open and honest with people that rent from you. Horrible way to trick... people to live here. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes but never one of this size. It’s huge. I think there’s 364 apartments. However, every apartment I’ve lived in has had at LEAST 4 times the dumpsters this place has. This place has 2 dumpsters. TWO plus a compactor. And they fill up immediately, including the compactor, especially on the weekend (when valet trash doesn’t come). They have now changed the rules. You are not allowed to throw away trash except on days valet trash doesn’t come. And you can... also only throw trash away in the compactor. That’s a single place to throw trash away for 364 apartments. When the dumpsters and compactor was already filling up when all three were accessible, this is unacceptable. They should have had at least 6 dumpsters to start. But now they make it even worse? So, now how it works - if the trash compactor fills up (which is already did with the 2 dumpsters being usable) you are fined for having trash. Fined for the poor planning of the management. Maybe they’re doing this so the fines can go towards more dumpsters.

Ps: if you’re looking for a non smoking complex. This place is not it. They pretend they are non smoking, but there’s weed and cigarettes everywhere. If you’re not smelling that? Then you’re smelling the overflowing dog waste stations or dog poop that is covering the grass, rocks, and sidewalk. Seriously, who empties the dog waste stations? People throw all kinds of trash there too because there’s no trash cans around either. You’d think there would be trash cans by the picnic tables and such. Read More

Untrained and rude staff. They don’t know how to manage and are totally the worse people to deal with. Yes, there is a great 8 week free move-in credit but after that they will jack up the price so high and keep all your security deposit as well as charge you for every additional thing to recover the credit it’s unbelievable.
