Lived here for 3 ish years and most nights I hear gunshots outside my window. The AC always breaks during the summer. My stove has been broken for 3 days now and the office said “there are emergencies and maintenance is busy” as if me not being able to cook and feed my family isn’t an EMERGENCY. Prices are too high for such an unsafe neighborhood. There have been a few hit and runs as well. Plus car break ins. Don’t move here.

In love
Me being a first time renter i was shocked to see how much the rent is. Its pretty darn high, but the lay out of the apartment is beautiful and everything i would have imagined when moving in. The wood floors in the kitchen and bathroom is amazing, also the size of the bathroom is perfect. I really love my new apartment, and i am really happy being here. The last thing i would want is to loose everything i dreamt of. I'd really love it if i could have the chance to win. It would be really... fantastic. ?
