Zero Stars. We moved out 3 weeks ago and just received a notice that we didn't pay September 1st to 4th or rent. I paid it on the 3rd, and when I went there with the copy from Wells Fargo they "suddenly" found it. Then they charged us for refrigerator drawers which we never had! Along with that, we were charged for carpet cleaning and for painting the whole apartment. No where in our contract is any clear and specific statement that we would need to pay for these things. We went in there and... suddenly they were quick to waive a bunch of things. Now we have to purse this legally over $400.00 which is ridiculous. Please avoid any property owned by the management. Apartments trying to get some extra cash after you moved out isn't a surprise, but these people are just ridiculous. They could not give us a straight answer. When I referenced the contract they would quickly change the subject or spend forever trying to find details in their own contract. This apartment wasn't even that bad besides an awful neighbor. Its a shame they had to ruin our positive opinion about them just so they could find fake excuses to squeeze money out of their residents. Lived here from 1993-1995 and loved it then, so when I moved back to Vegas I looked around in the area, and STILL these **are the BEST APARTMENTS** Quiet, private, nice pools (2) interiors, landscaping (amazing to see how much the trees have grown in 24 years!

The management and maintenance are friendly and prompt. I highly recommend for anyone. (I do oppose dog restrictions, but respect the rights of private businesses to set their own rules)

Living here is has been a nightmare. Broken gates. Water shut offs. Washer and Dryers that are so old the start buttons fall off. There is trash everywhere from Reflections itself, appliances just left near overfull storage containers. The bathroom at the pool resembles a truck station.

The office is open so sporadically that Amazon returns packages because there was no one there to receive them. It is also hard to get your mail when the office opens at 10 and closes at 5. So anyone... who works for a living, presumably most people, can't pick up mail unless its Saturday and half the time they are showing an apartment and locked up.

I am not a pet owner but the dog park on the way to the pool reeks of bodily functions.

The playground is splinter city so as you may imagine no child plays here.

They use a third party for phone calls who dont live in the state of NV and who could never solve your problem. Read More

First off, the model they show you looks completely different from what you get. I lived here for 8 months and I had nothing but problems especially with my neighbors (one who was a heavy heroine user.) Parking is nightmare and the complex doesn't feel very safe. At the end of my lease, I didn't get my security deposit back because "my apartment smelled like dog," even though I had the carpets cleaned professionally, and have never owned a dog in my life! We moved here about 3 months ago and we love it. The staff and office managers have always been nothing but helpful and friendly. Any concerns we had were swiftly dealt with and couldn't be happier. We love the apartment and the pool area. We have two pools on premises and we find them to be perfect. The location is great too, with too many nearby amenities to mention, but groceries, movie theaters and restaurants and shops only a stone's throw away.
