This includes a/c filters, renter's insurance plus additional benefits. $75.00 charge per month in addition to rent for trash, water and sewer reimbursement. It is mandatory for each applicant if you have pets or do not have pets to register on the pet site Once your application is approved the security deposit is due to hold the home for move in. Move-in must be 14 days from approval.
