Run. Just run. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had. I can't believe how much time, energy, and stress I wasted dealing with C3 Loft employees. I had to chase them down just to get basic updates on my application. It took them three weeks to approve my application. After they did approve it I had to call multiple times just to get vague, useless answers. What really pushed me over the edge was when they tried to gaslight me -- telling me they had... emailed me when I never received anything. And yes, I gave them the correct email. The blame was constantly shifted onto me, and not once did they take responsibility for their mistakes. I felt ignored, lied to, and completely disrespected. No one should have to go through this. Please don't waste your time, money, or hope on this place. You will regret it -- just like I do.

Be cautious.
You will run into a lot of people who are drugged out roaming around the hallways and stairways. You may catch someone sleeping while going to and from your apartment. Management was never concerned and allowed dangerous behavior that certain tenants introduced on property. Think before moving.
