Jamás cuentes que te van a devolver el depósito que das cuando entras siempre van a buscar cualquier excusa para no devolvértelo. Las tuberías estás súper viejas y muchas veces el baño tiene moho y se filtra el agua para la cocina abajo y cuando llamas para que lo arreglen lo que dura son 15 días. Todos los meses el bill de la renta cambia siempre te cobran de más por agua y Mantenimento que no es real por qué no usas nada de eso como lo cobran. Yo estuve viviendo ahí por 3 años y no lo... recomiendo para nada solo pongo esta reseña para que no vivan la experiencia tan mala como la vivimos varios vecinos que también cerraron contrato.

The Palms @ 713 E Sahara Ave.
I want to first say your apartment is your home and your responsibility, but when it comes to things that need to be tooken care of, they place a bandaid on the issue. They charge a fee for late payments but this is a monthly so stay on top of the bills. nice location, not far from the strip. If you move to vegas and like a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom place The Palms on E Sahara Ave is a ok place.

Great Office Staff
The area might not be well but its literally on the inside that counts. Spacious condos from such a affordable price with your own gated patio that you can lock and be in your own sanctuary. Also Tonja the office manager is so amazing. We have been here for 2 years and now she's introduced to my newborn , she's kind of like family now ??
