Moved in almost a month ago, and EVERYTHING has been perfect! The move in process was very easy and efficient all thanks to Nayla!!

Let me tell you I have loved living here since I moved in 6 months ago. The jumbo screen in the clubhouse is my GO TO! Every football/basketball game I'm there, and if it's not working Nayla is always there to help. Pash and Adrianna are great at hosting resident event, and they really take care of their residents. My actual apartment is spacious and when it comes to maintenance, Chris is always on top of it. If you go see them tell them Mr. Duane sent you!

I have been at Alton SoHi about three months. I genuinely love my place. For me it checked all the boxes (key amenities) and then some (Mountain View). The neighbourhood is nice, I feel safe walking around after dark by myself. The property is great, everything is kept up and looks like management and tenants care. I highly recommend this property. Southern Highlands is a beautiful place to live, with a farmers market nearby and many events you can attend. The amenities here are amazing and the speakeasy is great!

I have lived here 2 years and just renewed my lease for a third year. The property is brand new and has very modern features. The apartments have great floor plans, nice appliances and are generally pretty big. Monthly rents are competitive for the area. I enjoy the amenities of the property including the pool area and gym. The clubhouse is great with lots of games and fun areas to relax or have coffee. The general location is also excellent, it's a very quiet neighborhood. The best thing about... this place is the staff. Pashshawn, Adrianna, and Nayla are all very friendly, welcoming, and always responsive. Anthony, who no longer works here, was also a joy. The staff know the residents well and are always willing to help us with anything. The maintenance team is also top notch. It is easy to file a ticket online, and the issue is always fixed by the next business day. They have a team of cleaning staff that keeps the place spotless....truly spotless.
