This is a fun safe place to live. Everything has been amazing from the application process to my monthly living and all the perks have been more than I could have ever asked for. I am 54 years old and this is my first apartment. I must say I will be here for as long as I am in an apartment.

This community is very quiet, I like that it has so many trees and the apartments are very good, the workers provide excellent service and are attentive, maintenance responds quickly and does excellent work, the price and charges are fair and they do not charge you extra or hidden fees like in other places. I am very happy here.

So far, everything been good except, difficult parking and several of my neighbors feed the pigeons from their Balcony, these pigeons land on my balcony and leave waist and feathers on my balcony railing.
