Pros: Clean, as in I had zero issues with bugs of any kind. Lynn, the property manager, is very nice. Huge closets! Cons: The apartments are old, dingy, dark. The windows are single paned and do not seal. On a windy day, your curtains will flutter even when your windows are locked closed. This also means you lose heat/ air conditioning rapidly which is pretty terrible when it's 95°... at night. They FINALLY got a couple new laundry machines in, but for a few months there were only 2 washers for... the whole property. If you are offered a downstairs unit, think twice. I could hear upstairs folks walking, running, dragging chairs across the floor, and talking as if they were in my apartment. Anytime someone would come over, they would comment on how easily you could hear the neighbors. Oh, and when the neighbors walked around, the windows in my apartment rattled. Literally surprised the windows hadn't shaken right out the wall. Management commented "that's just the way the windows are." Hot water heater is shared between multiple units, so if you accidentally shower at the same time, it will be a battle for hot water. Most folks on property are nice or keep to themselves, but there are a few who really enjoy yelling into the abyss. The last issue, which is true for the whole town of Boulder City, people let their dogs poo anywhere and everywhere and do not pick it up. Management has tried to fix this, but people are gross. I can't tell you how often a steamy pile was in the middle of the sidewalk. Overall, management was friendly but maybe not timely or willing to deal with non emergency issues. Bad windows, thin walls, no bugs!

Updated and a nice place to live
Most of the reviews were done several years ago. Since Lynn became the manager things are in good shape. The apts are smaller and older, but the rent is reasonable for those on a lower income. Lots of trees and shade and a feeling of safety and security. Lynn, the manager takes care of things immediately and is honest and respectful. Its hard to get in to but worth the effort.

Not very clean
The interior is small and shabby. Dark is another word to describe it. The best thing about it is the very large patio; however, it faces a dumpster and parking lot! Depressing!
