Every apartment complex has it's downsides, the staff at Vizcaya are the reason I keep renewing. Frankie is an angel and always willing to help find solutions to my concerns. Cyndi always has a liver treat ready for my fur baby when we stop in to say hello. I love calling this community "home"

I honestly should have never moved in this place. There are so many things wrong, the entrance gate was broken from a police chase almost 8 months ago and it still has not been fixed. Since this has happened so many vehicles have been stolen and broken into from the property as well as shootings occurring. The inside of the apartments are rough as well. Water pressure is non existent, the outlets are not GFCI where required (ex: near bathrooms, sinks, and kitchen faucets which is highly... dangerous and against code), people leave their pets waste everywhere, emergency maintenance not answering the phone or the front office and so many other issues. It is also definitely not quiet here, drag racing occurs behind lowes almost every night and people yelling in the parking happens quite often as well. Management is so unresponsive. Barking dogs, pet waste, maintenance is never around. Was nicer 3 years ago, but management seems to care less and less. Gated community whose gates never work, dirty sidewalks, pool was open minimally last summer and hot tub they gave up on. Glad to be moving on soon.

This is a gated complex with a pool and hot tub. It is quiet and the people are nice. This is one of the nicer apartments in Santa Fe. It is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and many other businesses.
