I have only had negative experiences with the property manager who has no regard for tenants safety. I had emailed her in regards to my safety in the past and she ignored/never responded to that email. Currently, I had a bee colony form on my balcony in my storage closet walls and put me at risk as a health hazard. Service request was put in weeks prior, and nothing was communicated or done about it until a few days before bee specialists showed up expressing that property manager never... responded to their email to come to my apartment, so they came on their own. The Reserve is a nice place, but has very poor and unprofessional management that is unreliable and does not put your safety first.

needs more attention to the grounds. The bushes behind my apt are rarely groomed, overgrown, some are already dead but not removed. Ivy is taking over them; looks awful.

Maintenance is always on top of it ,repairing things but like I said if the part (appliance) is too old there's just not very much you can fix.
