Right off campus its a great affordable place to live for someone attending the university. The apartment is by no means large but it is big enough. Has a back yard and is good for small gatherings. Every time there is a problem the staff gets right on it and are very friendly. Some of the other people living here are students, some families, and some are just sketchy. Its not perfect but its a great value
