I've been living here on a month to month lease for over 2 years. The rent is very reasonable and up to $100 in utilities included (I've never gone over). The owner/property manager are good about coming out in a timely manner if you call with a problem. The neighborhood itself isn't the greatest, but the price and location are great (2 buses within walking distance).
