She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and has worked in the industry for 10 years with a major retailer. Yesenia’s background has enabled her to master cost negotiations, ensure cross functional teams are achieving their deadlines, and interpret market analysis to make informed decisions.
